Business Development Executive (Female)

You will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and networking - Pitch services/products to prospective clients and follow up on leads - Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term success - Develop proposals, presentations, and contracts in collaboration with internal teams - Work closely with marketing and product teams to align business development strategies - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets - Maintain records of sales, revenue, and client interactions in CRM tools - Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions To qualify for this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation and presentation abilities - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach - Good organizational and time-management skills - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Preferred qualifications include: - Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development - Experience in [industry-specific field, e.g., digital marketing, SaaS, e-commerce] is a plus - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks Additionally, the company offers the benefit of working from home with a schedule including day shift, fixed shift, Monday to Friday, morning shift, and weekend availability.
