Job Overview:

Silvervista LLP is looking for a proactive Business Development Executive (Female) to drive sales, manage leads, and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will focus on lead generation, follow-ups, and sales closures via phone, email, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Management: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries.
• Sales Conversion: Follow up with potential customers and close deals effectively.
• Product Knowledge: Understand and explain Silvervista’s range of entrance automation products to customers.
• Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update CRM (HubSpot) with accurate customer details and interactions.
• Quotations & Proposals: Prepare and send quotations, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Order Processing: Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Market Research: Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Collaboration: Work closely with field sales, technical, and support teams to enhance customer experience.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil.
• Sales Ability: Persuasive skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of gate automation products (preferred).
• CRM Experience: Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM tools is an advantage.
• Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
