Job Description

Accountable for pre-sales activities for Service Management, Solution designing based on technologies such as ServiceNow, SIAM, ITSM,Remedy, SummitAI, Cherwell etc.

Response to RFPs, RFIs, scoping and solution's with proper documentation

Collaboration and support of internal teams e.g. Presales, architects and sales in the implementation of customer presentations, workshops, offers and technical and functional issues.

Lead Generation for SIAM, ITSM and ITAM Services

Governance with required partners and stakeholders

Work independently with prospects / customers/technical teams on scoping and solutioning

Preparation and execution of design workshops

Questioning requirements (needs vs. wishes).

Advice to the customer regarding the best technical and functional solution.
