Job Title: ERPNext Specialist / Frappe Customization & Implementation

(Salary Bracket: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month)

About Spar Technovet Private Limited

We are a leading provider of end-to-end turnkey projects, specializing in customized design, manufacturing, and on-site execution of high-end furniture and fixtures for commercial and residential interiors, including significant overseas export operations. Our diverse facilities include wood, metal, paint, upholstery, and various other specialized divisions, supported by a central head office and dedicated on-site execution teams.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to be the internal owner for the complete implementation, customization, and operationalization of the Frappe/ERPNext open-source software on our local server. This role is crucial for integrating all business processes—from sales and design to manufacturing and HR—into a single, cohesive ERP system.

Key Responsibilities1. ERP Implementation and Customization

  • System Setup: Install, configure, and maintain the Frappe/ERPNext system on the company's local server environment.
  • Business Process Mapping: Work with department heads (Sales, Design, Production, Accounts, HR) to map existing processes to ERPNext modules and identify customization needs.
  • Customization & Development: Create and modify DocTypes, custom scripts, reports, and workflows (using Python/Jinja/Low-Code tools within Frappe) to align with the company's unique turnkey, manufacturing, and export requirements.
  • Data Migration: Oversee the migration of master data (customers, suppliers, items, opening balances) into the new system.
  • User & Security Management: Create user profiles, define roles, and set granular permission levels for all employees across different divisions.

2. Manufacturing & Project Integration Focus

  • BOM & Production Planning: Implement and customize the Manufacturing module to accurately define Bills of Material (BOM), manage Work Orders, and track Production Planning.
  • Real-time Tracking: Develop solutions within ERPNext to track Work In Progress (WIP), monitor real-time production status, 5S compliance data, and calculate departmental efficiency metrics.
  • Project Lifecycle Management: Configure the Projects module to manage the full turnkey lifecycle, from client coordination, design development (interiors/technical drawings), to site execution and hand-over.

3. Operations, HR, and Finance Integration

  • Supply Chain: Implement modules for Purchasing, Inventory Management (across multiple factories/divisions), and Dispatch/Logistics, including overseas export documentation.
  • Human Resources & Payroll (Frappe HR): Fully configure the HR, Payroll (including statutory compliance), Attendance, Leave, and Expense management modules for all factory and office staff.
  • Accounts & Finance: Integrate Sales, Purchase, and Inventory transactions with the Accounts module.

4. Training and Support

  • Training & Documentation: Develop comprehensive training materials and conduct hands-on sessions for all employees, from directors to shop floor helpers/guards, ensuring high user adoption.
  • Post-Implementation Support: Act as the first point of contact for all ERP-related issues, troubleshooting problems, and managing system updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience (1-3 years) in implementing and customizing Frappe/ERPNext. Experience with other ERP systems is a plus, but expertise in Frappe/ERPNext is mandatory.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of the Frappe Framework, including custom scripting, workflows, reporting, and module configuration. Basic understanding of Python and MariaDB/MySQL is preferred for troubleshooting and custom development.
  • Functional Expertise: In-depth knowledge of core ERP modules, particularly Manufacturing (BOM, Production Planning, WIP), Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and HR/Payroll.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for training, documentation, and coordinating with senior management and shop floor staff.
  • Mindset: Proactive, problem-solving, and a commitment to completing the full implementation lifecycle from start to finish.

Workplace

  • Location: MSC Compound, Anangpur Village, Faridabad, Haryana-121003
  • Reporting: The role will report directly to the Director/Executive Director.
