Job Title:

dynamic and experienced ERP Sales Senior Executive

based in or familiar with the Karnataka market

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive

    B2B sales

    of ERP and

    Tally Prime software solutions

    to small, medium, and large enterprises across diverse industries.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through

    lead generation, cold calling, client meetings, and professional networking

    .
  • Conduct

    ERP and Tally product demonstrations

    and presentations to showcase software features and map client requirements.
  • Prepare detailed

    sales proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements

    tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate and finalize deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure

    smooth implementation and after-sales support

    for clients.
  • Maintain

    strong, ongoing relationships

    with existing clients to drive repeat sales, renewals, and referrals.
  • Stay updated with

    ERP industry trends, Tally Prime features, and digital transformation initiatives

    to position Asia Solutions effectively in the market.
  • Achieve or exceed

    monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

    , contributing directly to the company’s revenue growth.
  • Keep accurate records of

    sales pipelines, client interactions, and forecasting reports

    using CRM tools.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum

    5 years of experience

    in

    ERP software sales or accounting software sales

    , with a strong background in

    B2B business development

    .
  • Hands-on knowledge of

    ERP modules

    such as Finance, Inventory, HR, Payroll, and Taxation.
  • Strong knowledge of

    Tally Prime

    , including features like

    Accounting, GST, Payroll, and Inventory management

    .
  • Excellent

    sales negotiation, communication, and presentation

    skills.
  • Ability to understand client operations, accounting processes, and business workflows.
  • Proficiency in

    MS Excel, CRM tools, and business data management

    .
  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields

    .
  • Tally Certification or ERP Sales Certification

    will be an added advantage.
  • Candidates

    from Karnataka or fluent in Kannada

    are strongly preferred.
