ERP Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive ERP Manager ( Education Sector) to lead the planning, implementation, customization, and ongoing management of our ERP system. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical knowledge, proven project management skills, and the ability to align ERP processes with business objectives across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end ERP system operations, including implementation, upgrades, integrations, and support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.
• Lead ERP-related projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and defined scope.
• Oversee system configuration, customization, and module optimization to enhance efficiency.
• Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and security within the ERP system.
• Train and support end-users to ensure effective utilization of ERP functionalities.
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party partners for system enhancements and issue resolution.
• Monitor ERP system performance and ensure business continuity with proper disaster recovery planning.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support business decision-making.
• Keep abreast of new ERP technologies and recommend best practices for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Education Sector ERP system management (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or similar).
• Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, HR, and operations modules within ERP systems.
• Proven track record of ERP implementation, migration, or large-scale upgrades.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong project management and leadership abilities.
• Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• ERP certification (e.g., SAP Certified, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certification, Oracle ERP Certification).
• Experience with business intelligence tools and database management.
• Knowledge of process automation and ERP integration with other enterprise applications.
