ERP Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. ERP Operations & Governance

• Manage day-to-day ERP operations ensuring system stability, data integrity, and performance.
• Act as ERP process owner and align system usage with business objectives.
• Coordinate ERP requirements with Finance, HR, SCM, Projects, Sales, and IT teams.
• Handle change requests, enhancements, upgrades, and integrations.
• Ensure process standardization, KPIs, SLAs, UAT, deployment, and audit compliance.
  

2. Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Serve as SPOC for ERP vendors, partners, and consultants.
• Monitor vendor performance, deliverables, timelines, and support quality.
• Manage AMC, contracts, licenses, and resolve critical ERP issues.
  

3. Team & Change Management

• Lead and mentor ERP support and functional teams.
• Drive user training, SOPs, documentation, and system adoption.
• Address user issues and support continuous improvements.
  

4. Finance & Cost Control

• Monitor ERP costs (licenses, support, customizations, upgrades).
• Support Finance with MIS, reporting, reconciliations, and compliance.
• Ensure ERP budget adherence and cost optimization.
  

5. Continuous Improvement & Strategy

• Identify automation and process improvement opportunities.
• Drive ERP roadmap aligned with business growth and digital initiatives.
• Enable management reporting, dashboards, and analytics.

Qualification

• Education

• Bachelors degree in

  Engineering (BE / BTech)

  ,

• Certifications (Preferred)

• ERP certifications
  

• Experience

• 7 to 11 years

  of experience in ERP operations, implementation, or governance
• Experience in

  Construction / Infrastructure / EPC

• Hands-on experience in

  ERP implementation, rollouts, upgrades, and post-go-live support

• Experience in Strategic ERP
