Key Responsibilities: Requirement Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and gather system requirements. Map requirements to ERP features and functionalities. Implementation & Deployment: Plan and execute the ERP implementation lifecycle, including testing and go-live activities. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems. Training & Support: Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide detailed documentation. Offer post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements. System Integration: Ensure ERP compatibility with third-party applications and other internal systems. Manage data migration from legacy systems into the ERP. Continuous Improvement: Regularly monitor system performance and identify areas for optimization. Keep updated on ERP software upgrades and recommend adoption of new features.
