Qualification: ACCA/ MCom/ BCom/ MBA

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations.
• Manage contractor/vendor billing and payments, verifying work progress and ensuring timely disbursements.
• Maintain accurate records of project costs, budgets, and WIP (Work-in-Progress).
• Prepare and finalize monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, RERA, PF, ESIC, and Income Tax regulations.
• Coordinate with auditors and consultants for statutory and internal audits.
• Generate MIS reports, project cost reports, and cash flow statements for management.
• Monitor project-level financial performance and support budgeting & forecasting.
• Supervise junior accounting staff and ensure effective financial controls.
  

Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• 57 years of experience in accounting with mandatory exposure to construction/real estate projects.
• Strong knowledge of contractor/vendor payments and project-based accounting.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel (advanced), and accounting/reporting tools (Strategic ERP).
• In-depth understanding of real estate compliance (RERA, GST, TDS, etc.).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle deadlines and work independently with accuracy.
