Search Engine Optimization: Manage & develop On page & Off page SEO with optimization Social Media Marketing : For setting up social media posts on Facebook & LinkedIn & expand network & audience organically. E-Mail & WhatsApp Marketing: Create, Filter & sort data of customers / partners & timely execute Marketing Campaigns . Paid Ad Campaigns: Create, Manage & Optimize paid Ad campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing & Facebook business solutions. Event Planning & Marketing : Plan & participate in industry specific events including marketing for the same & database management. Managing and collaborating with in-house designer to develop creative digital assets : copy, blogs, posters, whitepapers, case studies, videos, etc. including content writing. Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using various tools & generate good ROI. Skills Smart, Presentable, Fluent in English Communication, Good interpersonal skills & have prior experience in handling digital marketing in the B2B segment . Must have relevant Certification in Digital marketing from a reputed institute and Google / LinkedIn certification Must be familiar with latest digital marketing trends & be open in implementing new & creative strategies for creating strong brand presence. Must have knowledge of using Zoho Marketing tools or any other reputed for Social Media Marketing, E-Mail & WhatsApp Marketing & Marketing Automation. Managing the day-to-day accounting using Tally Prime , maintaining petty cash, reimbursement expenses, preparing vouchers etc. & general administration of the office. Must be able to manage the following : GST : Calculate & generate E-way Bills for dispatches, Monthly GST calculation based on sales & purchases & prepare filing of returns. TDS & Professional Tax : Calculate monthly TDS & PT & prepare documentation for returns filing. Income Tax : Calculate Income tax & prepare relevant tax calculation for timely returns filing. Salaries & Provident Fund : Supervising the salary payrolls & Monthly attendance reports of staff. Preparing PF Calculations, submissions & returns filing in accordance with statutory requirements. Payment Management : Follow up with customers & channel partners based on terms agreed & ensure timely receipts of payments & Handling purchases, making timely payments to vendors. Follow up with vendors for timely dispatch of material. Coordinating with Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary & 3rd party Consultants for timely returns filing & maintaining 100% compliance's. Finalization of Accounts for Books of accounting closing and Preparing the Monthly P & L / Balance Sheet including Monthly review & scrutiny of Ledger Accounts and required reconciliations. CANDIDATE DESCRIPTION : Candidate must be Smart, presentable, Positive Attitude with Good Interpersonal Skills & have prior experience in similar profile. Must have fluent communication skills in English (written & verbal) Must have hands on experience & expertise in Microsoft Word & Excel, Tally Prime & online taxation portals for GST, TDS, Income Tax, PT & Provident Funds including calculations & returns filing.
