Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Accountant at Shiv Shakti Steel Pvt Ltd, located in Chhattisgarh .The Senior Accountant will oversee all aspects of financial management, including managing accounting operations, preparing financial statements, supervising the accounting team, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additional responsibilities include conducting audits, budgeting, financial forecasting, and analyzing financial data to support decision-making processes. Qualifications Expertise in Financial Reporting, Taxation, and Auditing Proficiency in Budgeting, Financial Analysis, and Forecasting proficiency in Tally. Knowledge of Accounting Software and ERP Systems & Prime. Strong Analytical, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making Skills Outstanding Leadership, Team Management, and Communication Skills Qualifications such as Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) are highly preferred Proven experience in corporate finance or a similar managerial accounting role is desirable
