ERP Developer – Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced ERP Developer with strong hands-on expertise in ERP module development, customization, configuration, and implementation. The ideal candidate must understand end-to-end business processes and be capable of delivering stable, scalable ERP solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities1. ERP Development & Customization

• Develop and customize ERP modules such as Finance, Inventory, HRMS, Procurement, Sales, CRM, etc.
• Configure workflows, forms, validations, reports, and business rules.
• Modify and enhance existing ERP modules based on business requirements.

2. ERP Implementation

• Participate in full-cycle ERP implementation—from requirement gathering to go-live.
• Support requirement analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Assist with UAT and ensure smooth production rollout.

3. ERP Support & Maintenance

• Provide L2/L3 support for ERP modules.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform impact analysis, and implement fixes.
• Monitor system performance and ensure module optimization.

4. Data & Reporting

• Use SQL databases for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
• Create custom reports, dashboards, and data views for business operations.
• Perform data migration during implementations or version upgrades.

5. Stakeholder Interaction

• Collaborate with onsite client teams to understand business processes.
• Gather and document requirements; translate them into functional/technical tasks.

Required Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in ERP development and implementation.
• Strong understanding of ERP workflows and core business processes.
• Proficiency in SQL, database concepts, queries, and stored procedures.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact directly with clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
