Key Responsibilities: Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through calling, networking, and site visits. Handle walk-in customers at project sites and give detailed presentations on property features. Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers and channel partners. Guide clients through the entire sales process, from inquiry to closure. Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients and update CRM database. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any discipline Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities Fluency in Hindi, and English is preferred.
