*Sales Executive* – Real Estate (Male)

*Job Location* :Chandigarh, Punjab

*Salary:*₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives

*Job Description / Responsibilities:*

Generate and handle sales leads for residential and commercial real estate projects.

Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable properties.

Conduct site visits and property tours for clients in and around Chandigarh.

Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and legal formalities clearly to customers.

Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients until deal closure.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.

Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, booking, and possession processes.

Keep records of client interactions and update CRM or sales reports regularly.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new real estate launches in Chandigarh and nearby areas.

*Required Skills & Qualifications:*

*Gender* : Male

*Experience:* Minimum 1–3 years of real estate sales experience (mandatory).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good negotiation and convincing abilities.

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Familiarity with Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula real estate market preferred.

Presentable personality with a professional attitude.

*Education* *Qualification:*

Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred but not mandatory).
