🧭 Key Responsibilities

* Co-develop and implement the organization’s ESG roadmap and materiality assessments.

* Lead end-to-end ESG initiatives, especially environmental sustainability projects.

* Oversee ESG data collection, reporting, and disclosures aligned with global standards.

* Serve as a strategic liaison across teams and with external sustainability stakeholders.

* Draft annual ESG reports and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.

* Track and apply global ESG best practices and innovation to ongoing projects.

* Build internal ESG awareness and drive cultural transformation toward sustainability.

🎓 Who You Are

* Master’s in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or similar.

* 10–12 years in ESG/Sustainability roles within infrastructure, real estate, or consulting.

* Deep knowledge of ESG frameworks (GRI, CDP, UNGC, IFC Standards).

* Hands-on experience with climate risk modeling, scenario analysis, and SBTi.

* Strong communicator with proven leadership in stakeholder engagement.

✅ Must-Haves

* Strategic experience in ESG program design and execution.

* Sector knowledge: civil construction, infrastructure, or sustainability consulting.

* Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.

* Willingness to travel for on-ground assessments, stakeholder events, and ESG summits.

* Familiarity with trends in renewables, water/waste management, and impact assessments.
