. They will play a pivotal role in aligning
platform architecture

security, compliance, and business continuity

Key Responsibilities
Architectural Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and maintain enterprise-level IT Cloud platform and network architecture to support business objectives and scalability.
- Define and document voice contact center infrastructure designs incorporating SIP connectivity, API Integrations, Proxy and Firewall security, Expressroute, VPN SIP strategies and hybrid routing strategies (cloud + on-prem).
- Establish and maintain architecture roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals, security, and compliance frameworks.
- Establish and maintain the Storage requirements of our customer, understanding of Azure Storage, retention policy of data
- Establish and maintain the monitoring strategy of cloud platform and Network with tools like Dynatrace
- Establish and maintain the Carrier Connectivity design both Global and Local breakout
- Understanding of Local carrier regulation such as No CLIP Screening, Virtual CLI etc
- Understanding of Agile methodology and Experience on the tools like JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr
- Design & Documentation
- Create and manage high-quality design documentation, architectural diagrams, and reference models using ArchiMate and other EA tools.
- Ensure documentation is maintained, version-controlled, and accessible for cross-functional teams.
- Collaboration & Guidance
- Collaborate closely with solution architects, engineers, and project teams to drive design decisions for voice and network infrastructure.
- Provide technical guidance to ensure optimal SIP routing strategies and network performance across cloud and on-premise components.
- Security, Compliance & Governance
- Integrate security and compliance requirements into all architecture decisions (e.g., data privacy, regulatory compliance, IT risk management).
- Ensure designs align with industry standards and internal governance frameworks.
- Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery
- Design BCP (Business Continuity Plans) and disaster recovery strategies for critical IT platforms and voice contact center solutions.
- Ensure resilience, redundancy, and failover mechanisms are well planned and tested.
- Stakeholder Management
- Partner with senior management, business leaders, and IT teams to translate strategic objectives into actionable architecture solutions.
- Present architecture strategies and recommendations to executives and stakeholders effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science/Computer Application or related field.
- Experience: 12+ years of experience in IT architecture, with significant exposure to Network, Cloud, Voice, and Contact Center technologies.
- Strong expertise in Data Networking (LAN/WAN, routing, switching, security protocols).
- In-depth knowledge of SIP connectivity, API Integrations, routing strategies, and VoIP technologies.
- Proven experience designing and managing hybrid infrastructures (cloud + on-premises).
- Familiarity with compliance and security standards (ISO 27001, GDPR, DORA etc.).
- Experience with ArchiMate or similar enterprise architecture modeling tools.
- Strong skills in BCP/DR planning and implementation.
- Excellent documentation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to mentor, guide, and influence project teams and technical squads.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS/Azure Architect, or Cisco (CCNP/CCIE).
- Experience with voice contact center platforms (Cisco, Genesys, Storm, or similar).
- Exposure to IT governance frameworks like COBIT or ITIL.
