Role Description :


1. Business Development & Account Acquisition

  • Identify and onboard new BFSI clients including Banks, NBFCs, and Fintechs.
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market (GTM) strategy to expand adoption of the company’s products and APIs.
  • Generate qualified enterprise leads through existing network, referrals, and industry events.

  • 2. Relationship Management

    • Maintain strong CXO and senior leadership connects within BFSI organizations.
    • Act as the single point of contact for key enterprise accounts.
    • Conduct regular business reviews to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.



    Qualifications

    • Proven skills in Lead Generation and developing strategies to identify and attract potential clients
    • Atleast 3 years of BFSI Product Sales Experince
    • Experience in Sales and Sales Operations, including managing data, pipelines, and processes
    • Proficiency in Account Management and maintaining strong client relationships
    • Familiarity with Sales Management and contributing to team growth and business goals
    • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management abilities
    • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment
    • Experience in using CRM tools and analytics platforms is a plus
    • Basic understanding of AI-driven marketing or sales tools is a bonus
