We are hiring for Enterprise Sales (B2B) Commercial for Leading Risk & Human Capital Consulting firm for below locations -

Role - Senior Consultant - Solution Sales

Location - Gurgaon & Bangalore

Education - 2020/2021/2019 - Tier II, III B School

or minimum 4-6 yrs of relevant work exp - Non premium B school

Mandatory Skills - Hunting, farming, b2b sales, enterprise sales, consultative sales, solution sales

Domain - Solution Sales (HR Consulting)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Growing revenue from existing farming accounts and sign- up new accounts.

• Tap Large brands & SME firms by meeting across the leadership focused on HR Head, TA Head, Talent Management Leaders, Learning & Development Leaders & CEO’s/CXO’s of the firms.

• Increase the presence across sectors by focused efforts to build success stories of Client Wins & Successful project deliveries.

• Provide thought leadership to clients on Assessment Solutions across Pre-Hiring & Post-Hiring Talent related priorities of the organizations.

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

• Proven track record in B2B enterprise sales with experience in managing complex sales cycles.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to understand client pain points and present tailored solutions effectively.

• Familiarity with CRM tools for pipeline management and forecasting accuracy.
