Experience -


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Business Development

    : Spearhead business growth by identifying and pursuing high-value prospects, establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with top-tier clients, including both global giants and niche market leaders.
  • OEM Partnerships

    : Lead the cultivation and management of strategic relationships with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), ensuring alignment of business strategies and identifying emerging opportunities for joint growth and expansion.
  • Sales Leadership

    : Direct the sales process by establishing connections with key decision-makers, building strategic relationships, and recommending tailored solutions to address client’s pain-points / needs while driving revenue & growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    : Partner with technical, post-sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of projects, delivering superior results, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Executive-Level Engagement

    : Foster and expand business opportunities by engaging C-level executives, assessing their market position, and leveraging in-depth industry research to uncover and evaluate sales options.
  • Client Relationship Management

    : Lead efforts to maintain and expand client relationships by providing ongoing support, valuable insights, and continuous guidance. Proactively identify new business opportunities and promote relevant products and services from Techjockey.
  • Forecasting

    : Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, ensuring alignment with revenue targets and business goals.
  • Sales Hygiene

    : Ensure all sales activities, pipeline, opportunity status are accurately updated in CRM systems on a daily/weekly basis. Create and share sales performance reports, dashboards, and KPI summaries with the management team.
  • Market Intelligence & Innovation

    : Lead the identification and promotion of new products and solutions by staying ahead of industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activities. Drive internal awareness of emerging technologies and market needs.
  • Continuous Learning & Development

    : Maintain a strong professional and technical acumen by staying engaged in industry developments, attending educational workshops, reviewing publications, and actively participating in professional networks to benchmark best practices.


What We Are Looking For:

  • Education

    : Graduate in Engineering (Computer Science / IT / Electronics) or equivalent. MBA in Marketing / Business Development is preferred.
  • Trusted Solutions Advisor

    : A strategic thinker with knowledge of various Networking, Datacentre, Cloud & Cybersecurity solutions and experience to proactively identify pain-points / risks and propose sustainable, scalable solutions that support long-term business objectives & client satisfaction.
  • Proven Sales Leadership

    : Minimum experience of 12 Years in Systems Integration / OEM with a track record of success in enterprise sales roles, including experience leading large accounts and driving significant revenue growth.
  • Client-Centric Approach

    : A visionary leader with a deep understanding of client needs, capable of defining complex problems and developing impactful solutions from the client's perspective.
  • Collaboration Champion

    : A natural collaborator who thrives in cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment, and actively championing knowledge sharing and best practices across diverse groups.
  • Communication

    : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to lead teams and engage effectively at all organizational levels.
