As an Enterprise Sales Manager at Selloship Services Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in driving growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing large-scale B2B opportunities primarily within the e-commerce sector. Your deep domain knowledge in the logistics and shipping industry will be essential in onboarding enterprise clients and securing long-term contracts for their shipping requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Strategic Sales & Client Acquisition:** Identify and target major e-commerce brands, large online sellers, and high-volume shippers, and develop strategic sales plans to penetrate new enterprise accounts. - **Domain Expertise & Consultation:** Leverage expertise in logistics and aggregation to understand client pain points and demonstrate how Selloship's technology can improve their shipments and supply chain performance. - **Revenue & Target Achievement:** Consistently meet and exceed revenue and new client acquisition targets by preparing detailed sales forecasts and pipeline reports. - **Collaboration & Relationship Management:** Work closely with Product and Operations teams to ensure successful onboarding and maintain strong client relationships. **Required Qualifications & Experience:** - **Experience:** Minimum 3+ years of successful B2B/B2C-Enterprise Sales experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Shipping Aggregation industry. - **Industry Focus:** Demonstrable expertise in dealing with high-volume E-Commerce clients or platforms. - **Business Acumen:** Strong understanding of e-commerce shipment workflows, fulfillment processes, and commercial negotiation of shipping rates. - **Communication:** Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills in English and local regional language. - **Travel:** Willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory to meet clients.
