Enterprise Sales Manager

Key Role and Responsibilities:

• Strong Professional Network – Identify whether he/she has a solid and active network.
• Technical Understanding – Possesses basic technical knowledge to communicate effectively with clients.
• Tool Proficiency – Hands-on experience with tools like Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.
• Enterprise Client Targeting – Ability to identify and prioritize enterprise-level clients.
• High-Level Relationships – Strong connections with CXOs, VPs, and Directors.
• Sales Strategy Execution – Capable of executing sales strategies and managing the sales team effectively.
• End-to-End Sales Ownership – Drives the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to closure and project handover.
• Brand Representation – Contributes to brand positioning through participation in industry events, conferences, and partnerships.
• CRM and Reporting Discipline – Maintains accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and ensures CRM hygiene (HubSpot/Zoho).
• Process Setup & Automation – Establishes internal sales processes with automation in place:

-Follow-up strategies
-Lead generation methods-Team weekly reports-Client-sharing reports-Documentation templates

• Relationship-Driven Approach – Comfortable interacting with CXOs and building long-term trust.
• Ownership Mindset – Works like a mini-CEO of revenue; self-motivated, not task-dependent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
