Job Description

Role Overview: Internshala is home to the largest college students & fresher talent pool in the country, and their mission is to get every student the best possible start to their careers. Businesses have been using the platform for entry-level hiring in self-serve mode on a freemium model. The focus now is to deepen engagement and relationships with high-value key accounts by providing end-to-end solutions for their training & hiring needs for entry-level roles. Key Responsibilities: - Run your own pipeline, drive deals, and own your number as a fully Independent Contributor (IC). - Identify and engage mid-market and enterprise clients in Delhi NCR. - Sell Internshala's hiring and training solutions to HR, TA leaders, CHROs, and business heads. - Manage end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure. - Onboard new accounts and assist them through their initial hires. - Develop trusted relationships that lead to repeat business. - Maintain a precise pipeline and forecast. - Provide market insights to enhance the product and customer experience. Qualifications Required: - 7-10 years of experience in enterprise sales with a proven track record of meeting individual targets. - Previous experience in selling to HR teams, HR leaders, or CHROs (HRTech, recruitment solutions, insurance, SaaS to HR, training solutions). - Proficient in conversations, consultative selling, and simplifying complex solutions. - Self-driven, persistent, and comfortable with high-velocity outreach. - Based in Delhi NCR or open to relocation. - Available to join immediately or within 30 days. Additional Details: You will be part of a small, high-ownership team responsible for building Internshala's enterprise business from the ground up. Each account you close will directly impact shaping this vertical.
