BeatRoute is a Goal-Driven AI platform that unifies SFA (Sales Force Automation), DMS (Distributor Management), and eB2B into one stack to drive measurable sales uplift across field teams, distributors, and retailers. Its AI agents (e.g., for ordering, scheduling, insights, and a Copilot) guide frontline execution and improve retail performance, especially in FMCG and consumer markets across Africa.


The Opportunity

You will own end-to-end enterprise new business for BeatRoute across South Africa starting from prospecting, multi-stakeholder deal orchestration, commercial negotiation, and handover to delivery – while shaping Mucheki Consulting’s footprint in retail, FMCG, consumer durables, pharma, and adjacent verticals. Expect complex, committee-driven cycles and tailored value propositions anchored on sales uplift, route-to-market digitization, and retail execution KPIs.


Key Responsibilities

1. Pipeline generation

a. Build and maintain a strong pipeline across target industries.

b. Leverage outbound outreach, networking, and marketing campaigns to create opportunities.

2. Discovery

a. Conduct detailed discovery with enterprise clients to understand their sales execution challenges.

b. Identify gaps in SFA, distributor management, and retail execution.

3. Solution selling (solution presentation)

a. Present BeatRoute’s platform and modules in a consultative, ROI-focused manner.

b. Lead product demos and proof-of-concepts with presales support.

4. Negotiation

a. Manage pricing, commercial terms, and negotiations with enterprise clients.

b. Navigate multi-stakeholder decision-making groups and procurement processes.

5. Close

a. Secure new ARR from enterprise clients.

b. Ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation and customer success teams.


Ideal Candidate Profile

● Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in India (required).

● MBA or postgraduate specialization in Sales/Marketing is a plus.

● 2 – 4 years in tech/SaaS or enterprise software sales, with proven new-business results.

● Exposure to FMCG/CPG, consumer durables, pharma, or field-heavy industries preferred.

● Experience selling SFA/CRM/DMS/eB2B or analytics/AI solutions is advantageous.


Skills & Attributes

● Consultative selling, multi-stakeholder deal management, and executive storytelling.

● Ability to translate retail execution and route-to-market needs into quantifiable ROI.

● Strong demo leadership with presales; commercial acumen for complex pricing and contracts.

● Hands-on with CRM (Zoho/Salesforce or similar), pipeline hygiene, and forecasting.

● Excellent written and verbal communication in English.


Work Setup & Mobility

● Onsite in Johannesburg with significant time in the field; willingness to relocate required.


What We Offer

● Salary-1500 USD/month CTC and uncapped commission plan tied to new ARR.

● Relocation assistance to Johannesburg plus stay will be provided by the company.
