The Role: Enterprise Sales Head – North America

North America is FlytBase's most strategic market—and we're looking for a proven SaaS sales leader to own it. This isn't about pushing software licenses—it's about reshaping how industries run. You'll lead both inbound and outbound enterprise SaaS sales, orchestrating 7–8 figure ARR contracts with Fortune 500 customers. Expect long, complex sales cycles, heavy security and compliance reviews, and multi-stakeholder negotiations across the C-suite.


You won't inherit a playbook—you'll write one.


What You'll Own

  • Drive inbound + outbound SaaS enterprise sales across the US & Canada.
  • Represent FlytBase at North American trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences, converting enterprise demand into contracts.
  • Run outbound account-based campaigns targeting Fortune 500s in energy, utilities, mining, logistics, and public safety.
  • Build and scale FlytBase's channel partner ecosystem (system integrators, drone service providers, consulting firms).
  • Orchestrate 7–8 figure ARR SaaS deals involving multi-stakeholder cycles (CIO, CTO, CISO, Legal, Procurement, Ops, Compliance).
  • Manage 6–12+ month sales cycles, including technical evaluations, security reviews, integration pilots (APIs, cloud, edge), and complex procurement.
  • Act as the eyes and ears of North America, bringing customer insights back into FlytBase's product strategy.
  • Evangelize the category of autonomous operations SaaS, making the case for ROI, compliance, and risk reduction.


Who You Are

  • 7+ years in enterprise SaaS B2B sales.
  • Must-have: Valid US business visa or work permit.
  • Proven track record of closing enterprise SaaS deals in North America (7–8 figure ARR, inbound + outbound).
  • Skilled at multi-stakeholder negotiations across C-suite, Legal, Compliance, and Operations.
  • Experienced in channel + direct SaaS sales, navigating both partner-led and direct motions.
  • Strong technical/security/product sales depth: SaaS integrations, security compliance, PoCs, and solution-based selling.
  • AI-native mindset: you use AI to build forecasts, run ROI storytelling, analyze accounts, and scale your GTM playbook.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Technology/Engineering (CS, IT, Electronics, or related).

  • Partner with our Marketing leads to create compelling campaigns, thought leadership content, and market positioning that resonates with enterprise buyers. They're data-driven marketers who understand both technical audiences and executive stakeholders.
