What you will do


  • Build and close a focused target list of

    20–40 named accounts

    (mid-market/enterprise) in 1–2 verticals.
  • Sell to:

    CIO/CTO, Head of IT, Head of Infrastructure/Cloud, CISO/Head of Security, Procurement

    .
  • Lead full-cycle sales: discovery → solution alignment (with pre-sales) → commercials → procurement/security/legal → closure.
  • Create account plans, multi-thread stakeholders, and run quarterly pipeline reviews.
  • Work partner-led when needed (MSPs/SIs/ISVs) to accelerate access and delivery.
  • Ensure clean CRM, accurate forecasting, and strong follow-through.


Target customers (ICP)


  • India companies with

    500+ employees OR ₹200Cr+ revenue

    (choose one threshold)
  • Existing infra footprint (on-prem or cloud), meaningful IT team, compliance/security needs
  • Use cases: migration, data center exit/refresh, cost optimization (FinOps), security/compliance, DR/BCP, app modernization

  • Not our focus:


    Must-have experience (hard filters)


    • 7–15 years

      B2B sales, with

      3+ years closing mid-market/enterprise IT deals

      in India.
    • Proven closes with

      deal sizes

      shown (₹) and buyer titles (CIO/IT Head/Infra/Security).
    • Experience in at least one of:
    •  

      Cloud/IaaS/Managed services, Data center/Infra, Cybersecurity, Networking, DevOps/platform, SI/MSP enterprise services

    • Comfortable with enterprise procurement steps: InfoSec reviews, legal/MSA, vendor onboarding, pricing approvals.


    Strongly preferred


    • Existing access in India enterprise (warm relationships, partner network)

      without over-claiming

    • Partner/channel selling experience (MSP/SI ecosystem).


    Success metrics (first 6 months)


    • Build

      ₹2–3 Cr qualified pipeline

    • Close

      ₹50L–₹1Cr+ annualized signed revenue

      (adjust based on cycle time)
    • Maintain 3× pipeline coverage for forecast month/quarter


    Compensation (India – guideline)


    • OTE:

      ₹40L – ₹60L (depending on seniority and proof of closes)
    • Split:

      60/40 or 70/30 (fixed/variable)
    • Accelerators for above-quota closes.
