Job Description

We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist with 1-2 years of experience in B2B marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, executing, and optimising email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, lead generation, and conversions. This is a full-time, onsite role, requiring close collaboration with the marketing, content, and design teams.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end B2B email marketing campaigns across multiple customer segments.
Design and implement creative and engaging email campaigns aligned with brand messaging and goals.
Manage and maintain email databases, ensuring accurate segmentation and clean data management.
Track, analyse, and report campaign performance metrics, open rates, click-through rates, conversions, etc.
Optimise campaigns based on insights and A/B testing results.
Collaborate with content and design teams to develop visually appealing templates, newsletters, and workflows.
Ensure all campaigns comply with data protection and email marketing regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc. ).
Provide detailed performance reports with actionable insights and improvement recommendations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in email marketing, preferably in a B2B or SaaS company.
Hands-on experience with email marketing tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, SendGrid, or Zoho Campaigns.
Strong understanding of campaign management, data management, tracking, and reporting.
Basic design skills in Figma or Canva for email layouts and creatives.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive improvements.
Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
Experience with marketing automation and CRM integrations.
Knowledge of lead nurturing workflows and customer journey mapping.
Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS for email design.
