Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Email Marketing Specialist to develop and execute high-converting email campaigns focused on generating qualified leads for our Digital Marketing Services. You will be responsible for end-to-end email marketing, including strategy, content creation, automation, segmentation, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and execute lead generation email marketing campaigns.
• Create targeted email lists based on audience behavior, demographics, and campaign goals.
• Write compelling email content and subject lines that drive engagement and conversions.
• Set up and manage automation workflows and drip campaigns.
• Conduct A/B tests to optimize email performance (open rate, click-through rate, conversion).
• Track campaign metrics and generate performance reports with actionable insights.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align campaign goals with business objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and tools to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in email marketing, with a focus on lead generation.
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Active Campaign, HubSpot).
• Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and automation strategies.
• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Analytical skills to interpret campaign data and optimize performance.
