The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and achieve business goals. Key day-to-day tasks include designing email templates, segmenting customer lists, implementing marketing automation strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute lead generation initiatives. Qualifications Strong proficiency in Email Marketing Software and Marketing Automation tools Proven ability in Lead Generation and Marketing Analytics Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration and message crafting Familiarity with email compliance regulations, such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills Prior experience in a similar role is preferred Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
