About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Email Marketing Executive to own the planning, creation, and optimization of our email campaigns. You will be responsible for end-to-end execution—from segmentation and content coordination to automation and performance tracking—aimed at driving engagement, conversions, and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns to generate leads and nurture prospects.
• Create engaging, personalized, and high-performing email content aligned with the brand voice.
• Build and manage segmented mailing lists using CRM or marketing automation tools (like Zoho Campaigns, Mailchimp, or Mailmodo).
• Collaborate with design and content teams to develop visually appealing and responsive email templates.
• Set up automated workflows, drip campaigns, and A/B testing for optimization.
• Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics (open rate, CTR, bounce rate, conversion).
• Ensure all email communications comply with data protection and anti-spam regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
• Research new email marketing trends and tools to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (Zoho Campaigns, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Mailmodo).
• Proficiency in segmentation, automation workflows, and campaign analytics.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email formatting is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with CRM systems (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, etc.).
• Familiarity with Google Analytics or other tracking tools.
• Understanding of lead nurturing and customer journey mapping.
• Creative mindset with strong design and storytelling sense.
