Email Marketing Executive

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Email Marketing Executive to manage our email campaigns, automation workflows, and subscriber engagement. This role requires strong communication skills, a creative mindset, and a deep understanding of email marketing best practices. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end campaign execution, list management, performance tracking, and optimization. What You’ll Be Doing: • Develop and execute email campaigns including newsletters, promotional sends, and automated sequences. • Craft compelling subject lines and email content that encourages engagement and click-through. • Work closely with designers to build visually appealing and mobile-responsive email templates. • Manage, grow, and segment email lists to ensure accurate targeting. • Create and optimize automation workflows such as welcome flows, onboarding sequences, follow-ups, and reactivation campaigns. • Analyze campaign performance and share weekly reports with actionable insights. • Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve open rates, CTR, and conversions. • Ensure compliance with email regulations and maintain a healthy sender reputation. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align email strategy with ongoing marketing efforts. Eligibility Criteria:  • Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field preferred). • 6 months to 2 years of experience in email marketing or CRM-based roles. • Strong English writing and editing skills. • Familiarity with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, SendGrid, Klaviyo, or similar. • Self-driven, creative, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
