Manage email marketing campaigns and drip sequences for lead nurturing. Research and identify audience segments and target demographics. Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPL, ROI, etc.). Generate and report daily/weekly lead dashboards. Collaborate with the creative and content team to refine ad messaging. Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads , and email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) . Deep understanding of CPC, CPM, conversion tracking , and remarketing strategies . Strong analytical and reporting skills using Google Analytics and Excel/Sheets. Willingness to work night shifts (9 PM 5 AM). A self-starter who can manage multiple campaigns independently.
