Business Development Associate (Digital Marketing) Night Shift

Location: P Road, Kanpur | Salary: 30,000+ | Company: Aarav Tech Services LLP

About the Role

We’re scaling fast and need a biz-dev pro who actually understands digital marketing end-to-end. You’ll be the driving force bringing in clients who need SEO, PPC, SMM, web design, branding, and the whole digital ecosystem. No hand-holding. No “we’ll give you leads.” You need your own network, sources, and hustle.

What You’ll Do

Generate new business for our digital marketing services through your own contacts and channels.

Build and maintain solid relationships with prospects across India/abroad (night shift = global push).

Pitch, present, and close deals that align with agency goals.

Understand client needs and map them to our service capabilities.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.

Hit monthly revenue targets—consistently.

What You Need to Bring

Minimum 1 year experience in digital marketing + business development.

Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, SMM, email marketing, web dev, and overall digital trends.

Proven track record of bringing clients independently.

Excellent communication + negotiation skills.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working night shifts.
