Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on
Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other social platforms
.
Manage
email marketing
campaigns and drip sequences for lead nurturing.
Research and identify audience segments and target demographics.
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPL, ROI, etc.).
Generate and report daily/weekly lead dashboards.
Collaborate with the creative and content team to refine ad messaging.
Ensure lead quality and funnel performance align with campaign goals.

Preferred candidate profile

34 years of proven experience in
digital lead generation
.
Strong hands-on experience with
Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads
, and
email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
.
Deep understanding of
CPC, CPM, conversion tracking
, and
remarketing strategies
.
Strong analytical and reporting skills using Google Analytics and Excel/Sheets.
Willingness to work
night shifts
(9 PM 5 AM).
A self-starter who can manage multiple campaigns independently.
