Job Description

Shift Timing:

Role & responsibilities

Make outbound calls to international clients to promote and sell company services.
Identify prospects, generate leads, and convert them into business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in the CRM.
Understand client needs and offer suitable solutions.
Handle objections and negotiate effectively to close deals.

Preferred candidate profile

Female candidates only.
Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal & written).
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Comfortable working in US shift timings.
Basic computer proficiency and CRM knowledge.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
