Associate Growth Marketing (SDR / BDR)

Bengaluru | Full-Time | On-site | US Shift (5:00 PM 2:00 AM IST)

What Youll Do:

• Drive outbound campaigns via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn, to engage healthcare prospects in the U.S.

• Own the lead funnel from research and qualification to booking meetings and passing warm leads to sales.

• Build and execute targeted email campaigns that get replies, not just opens.

• Leverage LinkedIn to build connections, nurture relationships, and drive outreach.

• Track performance and report on key outbound KPIs to optimize pipeline growth.

• Keep CRM data organized and actionable clean, complete, and always up-to-date.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in sales, marketing, and product to refine messaging and targeting.

• Stay sharp by keeping up with trends, tools, and new strategies in growth marketing and outbound sales.

Who You Are:

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing — ideally

in B2B SaaS or healthtech

• A strong communicator with excellent written and spoken English

• Detail-oriented, self-driven, and eager to hustle smart

• Comfortable working the US shift (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST) from our Koramangala

office

• Bonus points if you're familiar with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, Apollo,

HubSpot, or similar tools responsibilities.
