Job Title: Electrical Engineer Location: Noida Job Type: Full-time Department: Engineering Reports To: Engineering Manager / Project Manager / Director of Engineering Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer to design, develop, and maintain electrical systems and components to required specifications, focusing on economy, safety, reliability, quality, and sustainability. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, project management abilities, and problem-solving skills to support various engineering projects. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, maintain, and improve electrical instruments, equipment, facilities, components, and systems. Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and system layouts. Perform calculations for load, voltage drop, short circuit, and other critical system metrics. Ensure compliance with industry safety standards, codes, and regulations (e.g., NEC, IEEE, IEC). Conduct feasibility studies for new technical innovations. Supervise installation and commissioning of electrical systems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with electrical systems or equipment. Collaborate with other engineers, technicians, and departments on cross-functional projects. Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Prepare project documentation, reports, and progress updates. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred). years of experience in electrical engineering or related field. Proficient in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, EPLAN, or similar). Familiarity with simulation software (e.g., ETAP, MATLAB, PSpice). Strong understanding of electrical distribution systems, control systems, and automation. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. PE (Professional Engineer) license is a plus. Preferred Experience: Industry-specific experience in [e.g., power generation, manufacturing, renewable energy, construction]. Knowledge of PLCs, SCADA systems, and HMI programming. Project management experience (PMP certification a plus). Working Conditions: Office and field work required. May involve occasional travel to client or site locations. Must be comfortable working in a team and independently under minimal supervision.
