Job Title: E-Commerce Executive Location: Noida Department: Sales / Marketing / E-Commerce Reporting To: E-Commerce Manager / Digital Marketing Head Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Executive to manage the company’s presence on online platforms and marketplaces. The role involves handling product listings, order processing, customer service coordination, and promotional activities across various e-commerce channels. Key Responsibilities: Manage listings and product content on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, etc.). Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory/warehouse teams to ensure product availability. Handle order processing, returns, and refunds promptly and accurately. Analyze product performance and sales data to optimize listings and campaigns. Assist in creating and managing promotions, ads, and pricing strategies. Coordinate with digital marketing teams for SEO, SEM, and paid campaigns. Ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate and updated. Address customer queries, complaints, and feedback in a timely manner. Maintain relationships with platform account managers to resolve issues quickly. Prepare regular sales, performance, and inventory reports. Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant field. 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online retail. Familiarity with major e-commerce marketplaces and seller panels. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and e-commerce dashboard tools. Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
