Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing end-to-end operations of

  e-commerce marketplaces

  (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) or

  offline retail expansion

  .
• Support in product launches, pricing strategy, and sales growth initiatives.
• Analyze sales performance, prepare MIS reports, and suggest data-driven improvements.
• Coordinate with marketing, design, supply chain, and warehouse teams for seamless execution.
• Research competitor activities, market trends, and consumer insights.
• Support leadership in strategic initiatives, process optimization, and new brand development.

Requirements

• B.Tech / M.Tech / MBA from a reputed institute.
• 1 year of relevant experience in

  e-commerce, FMCG, retail, or startup ecosystem

  .
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of marketplace portals is a plus.
• High ownership mindset, ability to work in a fast-paced growth environment.
