Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Website & Platform Management

• Oversee daily operations of the brand website (Shopify / similar).
• Manage product uploads, descriptions, pricing, and inventory sync.
• Ensure seamless UI/UX, page load speed, and mobile responsiveness.
• Collaborate with the creative team on homepage banners, collections, and product imagery.

Sales & Performance

• Track and analyze traffic, conversion rate, AOV, and ROI across channels.
• Create monthly sales reports and forecast growth targets.
• Implement pricing and discount strategies aligned with campaigns.

Marketing Coordination

• Work with marketing to launch paid campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.).
• Set up tracking pixels, UTM links, and analytics dashboards.
• Optimize product pages for SEO and conversions.

Customer Experience & Operations

• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for smooth order fulfillment.
• Resolve customer issues, returns, and delivery escalations.
• Maintain product quality and availability online.

Marketplace & International Expansion (Optional)

• Manage listings and performance on external marketplaces (Nykaa, Ajio Luxe, Amazon, etc.).
• Explore opportunities for cross-border e-commerce (US/UK markets).

Key Skills & Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in 

  fashion/lifestyle
