E-Commerce Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Product & Catalog Management

• Create, manage, and update product listings across all major marketplaces.
• Optimize titles, descriptions, bullet points, keywords, and images.
• Maintain updated product content, pricing, and inventory based on business requirements and trends.

2. Online Sales & Pricing Management

• Analyze competitor pricing and develop competitive pricing strategies.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and offers.
• Monitor daily sales performance and take action to achieve revenue targets.

3. A+ Content & Brand Story

• Create and manage A+ Content (Basic & Premium).
• Develop strong product narratives and brand stories to increase customer engagement.

4. Brand Store Management

• Register, update, and maintain brand stores across e-commerce marketplaces.

5. FBA & FBM Operations

• Manage listings, inventory, and order flow for both FBA and FBM models.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and marketplace support teams.
• Resolve issues related to orders, returns, and deliveries.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar e-commerce role.
• Strong knowledge of marketplaces like

  Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho

  , etc.
• Hands-on experience in A+ content creation, pricing strategy, and catalog management.
• Expertise in

  FBA/FBM operations

  , inventory handling, order management, and logistics coordination.
• Strong proficiency in

  MS Excel

  and e-commerce tools.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Mandatory Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations
• Strong understanding of

  drop shipping processes

• Product catalog & listing management

• Inventory & order management

• Listing optimization & keyword research

• Marketplace experience (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho)

• Proficiency in MS Excel

Preferred Skills

• Basic digital marketing knowledge
• Experience with

  Amazon PPC

  or similar ad tools
• Familiarity with ERP / e-commerce management systems
