Ecommerce Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking two dynamic and detail-oriented Ecommerce Executives to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our online stores and supporting ecommerce strategies to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings across ecommerce platforms (such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio and the brand’s website)
• Optimize product titles, descriptions, images, and keywords for SEO and visibility
• Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure stock accuracy and availability
• Monitor order processing, returns, and customer feedback
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan online promotions and campaigns
• Analyze sales data, traffic, and customer behavior to improve store performance
• Provide excellent customer support via email, chat, or phone

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• 1-2 years of experience in ecommerce operations or online sales (preferred)
• Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic data analysis
• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and marketplaces
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
