Are you an e-commerce enthusiast with a knack for turning clicks into customers and data into decisions We're on the hunt for a creative, analytical, and ambitious E-commerce Executive who's ready to make an impact and grow with us.

Position Requirement:

? Managing Online Portals of the clients

? Manage online e commerce account of clients

? Responds to customer web inquiries regarding online merchandise or service orders

? Assists customers with product selection, answers basic questions, and suggests various product

options that are available.

? Understanding client problems

? Ensures prompt and proper resolution of client queries by providing additional information or escalating the issue.

Qualification:

? Qualification- BBA/BE/MBA/BCA/MCA

? Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

? Accountability and responsibility of work assigned

? Expert in MS Office

? Efficient at email and cell communication

? Ability to work as part of a team

? Can handle many projects/assignments at the same time

? Build client relations

? Experience required- 0-2 years
