About Acasa:
Acasa is a premium gourmet food brand specializing in authentic Italian ingredients. With a growing presence across major online marketplaces and a direct-to-consumer website, we are looking for an E-Commerce & Operations Executive to support our next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketplace and Website Management
Manage listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify
Maintain catalog accuracy, optimize product content, and ensure platform compliance
Track performance metrics and implement initiatives to increase visibility and conversions
2. Logistics and Fulfilment Coordination
Oversee daily order processing, dispatches, and last-mile delivery
Coordinate with warehousing partners and logistics providers for timely deliveries
Manage inward and outward inventory movement, reconcile stock levels across channels
3. Customer Service
Respond to customer queries and complaints across all platforms
Resolve issues related to delays, refunds, and returns in coordination with logistics teams
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely resolution of concerns
4. Data Management and Reporting
Maintain detailed sales, inventory, returns, and operational data across platforms
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for internal review
Monitor KPIs like sales trends, channel-wise performance, customer feedback, and fulfillment efficiency
5. Sales Strategy and Execution
Analyse platform data and suggest sales-driving strategies including discounts, bundles, new listings, and platform-led campaigns
Collaborate with the marketing team to run online campaigns and influencer partnerships
Monitor competition and suggest improvements in pricing, presentation, and packaging
6. Cross-Functional Coordination
Liaise with internal teams including marketing, accounts, procurement, and production
Ensure timely planning and execution of new launches, offers, and seasonal campaigns
Coordinate with external vendors, packaging suppliers, and operational partners as needed
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in FMCG or food & beverage sector
Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Shopify
Good command of Excel/Google Sheets for data maintenance and reporting
Strong organizational and communication skills
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and process-focused
Location: Little Italy Corporate Office & Factory, Hadapsar, Pune, Maharashtra
