Ecommerce Executive - Amazon & Shopify Expert

Brand: Koorsi & Company

Location: Pune



Koorsi & Company is a modern furniture brand focused on design-driven, high-quality chairs, tables, and home décor. We operate across D2C, marketplaces, and retail — and we’re expanding our digital footprint across Amazon, Shopify, and Paid Ads.

E-Commerce Executive


Role Description


Amazon (Seller Central + Ads)

  • Create, optimize, and manage product listings (SEO, keywords, content).
  • Monitor inventory, pricing, Buy Box, and category rankings.
  • Manage

    Amazon Ads campaigns

    : Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display.
  • Optimize PPC budgets, keywords, bids, and targeting to improve ACOS/TACOS.
  • Track campaign performance and generate weekly reports.
  • Handle catalog issues, suppressions, stranded inventory, and Amazon support tickets.
  • Monitor ratings, reviews, and drive listing improvements.

Shopify (D2C Store Management)

  • Add/update products, variants, categories, and pricing.
  • Ensure accurate product content, images, and stock visibility.
  • Coordinate homepage banners, product launches, and content updates.
  • Manage Shopify apps: reviews, WhatsApp, CRM, analytics tools.
  • Maintain CRO hygiene: speed, broken links, clarity, checkout experience.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare weekly sales, ads, and inventory reports for Amazon & Shopify.
  • Coordinate with warehouse team for order fulfillment and stock updates.
  • Work with design/content teams for creatives, A+ content, and ads assets.


Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills and E-Commerce experience
  • 1–3 years experience in Amazon Seller Central & Amazon PPC.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify Admin.
  • Strong understanding of ACOS, ROAS, TACOS, keyword strategy, and bidding.
  • Good knowledge of e-commerce analytics and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Detail-oriented, data-driven, and comfortable managing multiple SKUs.
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Sales expertise
  • Proven track record of driving e-commerce growth
  • Experience with online marketing strategies
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM techniques
