As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled and motivated E-commerce Marketplace Manager to join our team and take charge of managing Amazon seller accounts and other e-commerce platforms.


Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic E-commerce Marketplace Manager to oversee and manage our clients' Amazon seller accounts and other e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Amazon’s marketplace, e-commerce best practices, and digital marketing strategies. You will be responsible for driving the performance of e-commerce seller accounts, ensuring operational excellence, and implementing strategies that boost sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and grow brand presence on the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management:
  • Oversee day-to-day management of Amazon seller accounts for multiple clients, ensuring smooth operations, timely listings, and compliance with Amazon's policies.
  • Optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, keywords, and images for improved search visibility and conversion rates.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure products are always in stock.
  • Implement pricing strategies to remain competitive and maximize profitability.
  • Performance Analysis and Optimization:
  • Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and marketplace trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume, conversion rate, ACoS, ROAS, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Develop and execute strategies for driving sales growth, improving product rankings, and increasing profitability on the platform.
  • Use Amazon tools (e.g., Seller Central, Vendor Central) and third-party tools to analyze data and optimize campaigns.
  • Marketing and Promotions:
  • Plan and manage Amazon Ads campaigns (PPC, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands) to drive traffic and sales.
  • Develop promotional strategies (discounts, lightning deals, coupons) to boost product visibility and drive conversions.
  • Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve sales goals.
  • Customer Experience:
  • Monitor customer feedback and reviews, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and taking actions to resolve issues promptly.
  • Ensure timely and professional communication with customers, addressing questions, returns, and complaints.
  • Work to increase positive reviews and ratings, ensuring brand reputation remains strong.
  • Marketplace Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon's policies, rules, and guidelines.
  • Stay updated on changes to Amazon's terms of service, platform updates, and new features.
  • Manage account health, ensuring that metrics such as late shipment rate, order defect rate, and A-to-Z claims meet Amazon’s standards.
  • Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, logistics, and customer support to ensure seamless operations and alignment with business objectives.
  • Work closely with external clients to provide reports, insights, and regular updates on account performance and improvement areas.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an E-commerce Marketplace Manager or similar role, specifically managing Amazon seller accounts.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Amazon’s policies, and e-commerce best practices.
  • Familiarity with tools like Amazon Advertising, third-party analytics tools, and Excel for data analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales and optimize product listings for better performance on Amazon.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with clients and customers.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
