E-commerce Marketplace Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced E-commerce Marketplace Manager with 3+ years of proven experience in driving sales through online marketplaces like Amazon, Etsy, Flipkart, and other platforms. The candidate will be responsible for scaling our men’s jewelry business by managing product listings, optimizing SEO keywords, running promotional campaigns, and analyzing sales performance.

This role is ideal for someone who has a strong background in E-commerce, online sales, and digital marketing, with a passion for jewelry and fashion retail.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketplace Management: Handle day-to-day operations on Amazon, Etsy, and other online platforms for men’s jewelry.
• Product Listings: Create, optimize, and update product titles, descriptions, keywords, tags, and categories for better visibility and higher conversions.
• SEO & Keywords: Research trending keywords and implement effective SEO strategies to improve search rankings on Amazon, Etsy, and other marketplaces.
• Inventory & Order Management: Track stock levels, update listings, and coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Promotions & Ads: Plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Amazon Sponsored Ads, Etsy Ads, etc.) to boost sales and product visibility.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor sales data, conversion rates, and campaign performance; prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
• Competitor Analysis: Stay updated with market trends, competitor products, pricing strategies, and customer preferences.
• Customer Engagement: Manage reviews, ratings, and customer queries to maintain brand reputation and trust.
• Sales Growth: Develop strategies to expand product reach and increase overall sales across marketplaces.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in managing online marketplaces (Amazon, Etsy, Flipkart, eBay, Myntra, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of E-commerce SEO, keyword optimization, product ranking, and digital marketing strategies.
• Experience in jewelry, fashion, or lifestyle category preferred.
• Hands-on expertise in running Amazon PPC campaigns, Etsy Ads, and marketplace promotions.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
