About LuxuryKase

LuxuryKase is a premium iPhone cases and accessories brand focused on style, durability, and customer delight. We are rapidly expanding across Shopify (D2C), Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Myntra, and are looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to scale our operations, increase ROI, and maximize profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Growth & Strategy
  • Scale order volume across Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Myntra.
  • Increase average order value (AOV) through upselling, cross-selling, and bundling strategies.
  • Develop and optimize pricing and discount strategies to improve margins and retention.
  • Marketing & ROI Enhancement
  • Drive profitable growth by maximizing ROAS on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
  • Plan and execute growth campaigns for brand visibility and conversions.
  • Collaborate with creative and performance teams to create high-converting ad creatives.
  • Operations & Cost Optimization
  • Reduce Return to Origin (RTO) and cancellations through better logistics coordination, COD management, and fraud checks.
  • Improve delivery success rates by working closely with courier partners.
  • Lower product, packaging, and shipping costs without compromising brand identity.
  • Team Leadership & Growth
  • Build and lead a high-performance team across marketing, operations, and customer support.
  • Align cross-functional teams towards common revenue and profitability goals.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor team members for long-term growth.
  • Multi-channel E-commerce Management
  • Manage catalogs, listings, and promotions across Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra.
  • Improve organic sales via SEO, ranking, and reviews management.
  • Monitor performance dashboards and prepare reports for continuous optimization.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in managing and scaling e-commerce businesses (D2C + Marketplaces).
  • Proven track record of increasing orders & conversion rates while optimizing ROAS.
  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon PPC, and Shopify CRO.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to drive data-led growth decisions.
  • Experience in reducing RTO, improving logistics efficiency, and minimizing costs.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
