Job Description

As an E-commerce Manager, your role involves overseeing the company's online sales and managing various aspects of the e-commerce store to enhance customer experience and drive sales. Your primary responsibilities include: - **Website Management**: Ensure the e-commerce website's design, functionality, and user experience are optimized for conversions. - **Digital Marketing**: Plan and execute online marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and social media promotions, to drive traffic and sales. - **Sales and Strategy**: Develop strategies to increase online sales, manage product listings, and optimize the checkout process. - **Data Analysis**: Track and analyze key performance indicators, website traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior to make informed decisions. - **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, IT, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive online experience. - **Customer Experience**: Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. - **Inventory & Operations**: Oversee product rollout on e-commerce sites and coordinate aspects of the supply chain and logistics for online sales. To excel in this role, you are expected to have the following skills: - **Digital Marketing Expertise**: Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media. - **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and use data visualization tools for informed recommendations. - **Technical Knowledge**: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify and basic understanding of web design and UX principles. - **Project Management**: Skills to manage projects, campaigns, and initiatives effectively. - **Leadership & Communication**: Ability to lead teams, communicate effectively with departments, and foster collaboration. - **Customer Focus**: Understanding customer behavior and translating business goals into a positive customer experience.
