Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Management Executive to manage and optimize our online product presence across multiple platforms. The candidate will be responsible for listing products, maintaining marketplace accounts, managing online advertising, analysing sales reports, and ensuring smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations. Key Responsibilities Product Listing & Optimization: Create and manage product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, and images. Optimize listings for better visibility and higher conversion rates using SEO keywords. Account Creation & Management: Set up and maintain company profiles on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart, etc. Ensure compliance with platform policies and manage regular updates. Marketplace Product Placement: Manage product visibility and placement in relevant categories. Monitor competitor listings and market trends for better positioning. Category & Price Verification: Verify product categories and pricing regularly to stay competitive. Coordinate with the sales and finance teams for price updates and offers. Marketplace Advertising: Plan, execute, and monitor ad campaigns on e-commerce platforms. Analyze ad performance and suggest improvements. Google Shopping Advertising: Create and manage Google Shopping campaigns to promote listed products. Monitor and optimize ad spending for better ROI. Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Advertising: Run targeted ad campaigns on Meta platforms to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to marketplaces or the company website. Inventory & Order Management: Coordinate with the warehouse team to update stock levels and manage product availability. Track and ensure timely order processing and dispatch. Customer Query Handling: Resolve customer queries and issues received through online platforms. Maintain a positive brand image through timely responses. Performance Analysis & Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management. Analyze sales trends, traffic sources, and conversion data to identify growth opportunities. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 0–2 years of experience in E-commerce or Digital Marketing (Freshers with good skills can apply). Good understanding of online marketplaces and digital advertising platforms. Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for report management. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
