E-commerce Executive

Marketplace Operations & Growth

• Manage day-to-day operations across

  Amazon, Flipkart, Tata Cliq, Myntra

  , and other marketplaces.
• Create, upload, and manage product listings/catalogues with speed and accuracy.
• Maintain product content (images, titles, descriptions, keywords) for discoverability and sales growth.
• Monitor marketplace dashboards and ensure compliance with platform requirements.

Sales Performance & Analysis

• Track and analyse marketplace trends to optimise listings, pricing, and inventory planning.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and identify growth opportunities.
• Plan inventory allocation and replenishment to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
• Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.

Coordination & Communication

• Liaise with marketplace POCs (point of contacts) for promotions, campaigns, and issue resolutions.
• Support in executing marketplace ads; prior ad management experience is a plus.
• Ensure smooth coordination with the warehouse, operations, and brand teams for order fulfilment.

Reporting & Data Management

• Prepare sales and performance reports regularly.
• Use Excel for reporting, data analysis, and trend identification (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, etc.).
• Share actionable insights to drive sales and category growth.

• Graduate degree in any discipline.

• Minimum 2 years of experience

  in e-commerce marketplace management (Amazon, Flipkart, Tata Cliq, Myntra mandatory).
• Hands-on experience in

  listing & catalogue management

  .
• Proficiency in

  MS Excel

  (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis).
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Go-getter attitude with the ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in handling

  marketplace ads

  is an added advantage.
